i thought that Gaya was the name of mother nature. then looking back, that's the name Storm in X-Men would call when she would summon help. so correct me if i'm wrong, but Gaya is just a name formed by the x-men series?

Gaya is based off of the Greek Goddess of Earth "Gaia." Gaia is in relation to Mother Nature, because she is the deified personification of Earth. This is why the "Gaia Project," has to do with recognizing Earth and those one it as one, living organism requiring a re-connection with Earth as a part of our entity [it is a spiritualist ecomovement].

The idea of "agree to disagree" is the excuse to tolerate bigotry and oppressive attitudes. Individualistic tolerance means also tolerating the larger effects of it. This means you are tolerating the bigotry of the culture and the society at large.
